Merchant Broker Direct was founded by a merchant services expert with over 15 years of experience selling, managing sales teams, and operating companies in the electronic payments industry. The idea for the company is simple: Merchants want someone to represent them! Our focus isn’t sales quotas, monthly profitability or company growth. We represent our clients with their best interests in mind. We access companies that are at minimum A to A+ rated with the BBB, and have tens to hundreds of thousands of active accounts.

We deliver an assessment based on your needs. Because we access several different reputable companies, we access most if not all the best-of-breed solutions for hardware and software from an array of sources. We match your needs with several solutions and make recommendations for you to choose from. In most cases, we can recommend solutions that can be placed in your business without any up front, out-of-pocket expense.

We also access off-book rates for our clients. Because the companies we access know that we represent clients with choices, custom, aggressive quotes are the result. With decades of industry experience, we know what companies are selling to our clients, and we relay this information by producing as many or few bids as you desire. All with a full explanation of fees, no contract, or early termination fee. In certain instances, the companies will reimburse some or all of your early termination fee if you need to break a contract to do new business.

We are always vendor neutral. The foundation of our value proposition is built on complete vendor neutrality. We are always adding reputable vendors to our portfolio of companies to ensure the merchant has access to best-of-breed solutions. This, coupled with our expertise, allows us to focus on new ways to increase the revenue in your business.

We provide a single point of contact. You access many different offers from proprietary to stand alone solutions across an array of processing options. We use our relationships with vendors to become your single point of contact. We look over the trees to see what is coming next, in regards to electronic payments, so you can focus on growing your business, not managing your merchant account.
